SC's Retail Food Establishment regulation (R.61-25) has been revised and modified to align more closely with the FDA model food code:Full implementation of the "PIC" is mandated in SC since June 27, 2016

Avoid a critical violation and a 2-point deduction by making sure you have a PIC who is properly Certified in Food Safety.
